Our Icelandic Fitness individualized personal training program are designed around you and your goals. After an initial assessment that includes a complimentary sit down discussion, our Icelandic Fitness trainers will design a program that is just right for you in order to reach your health and fitness goals. Our trainers will oversee your entire comprehensive program and will push you as well as provide you with the accountability you need in order to achieve immediate and lasting results.

Session Options:

  • 30 Minute Private One on One

  • 45 Minute Private One on One

  • 60 Minute Private One on One

Small Group Training

Training for 2-4 individuals

Want to bring a friend, family member, or co-worker to the gym to share your workout with? Then our small group personal training program is for you. Icelandic Fitness small group personal training offers the same expertise and targeted program design of our individualized personal training, only in a group setting. Our group training consists of 2-3 people per class and is lead by one of our elite certified sports performance trainers. In the group setting, not only do you have a coach there to guide you and push you through your workouts, but you have the other members of the group there to motivate and cheer you on as well. This is great for those individuals that need a little extra motivation, or just enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others.  Great for teenagers or members of a sports organization that want to workout together.

Online/Vitual Training

Online Training

Virtual training consists of all the same support as my in person options. We design a completely customized program specifically for your goals, assist with diet, macro coaching and program consistency to make sure we stay on track.


FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING:

During these uncertain time Icelandic fitness trainers opened up hours to accommodate virtual training sessions. Our trainers are experienced to make visual session work whether or not you have any equipment at home. Scheduling is also a bit more flexible as I can offer sessions at 30, 45 and 60 min.
