Jason Stone is the founder and owner of Icelandic Fitness. He grew up in a military family and had the opportunity to travel all over the world. Of all the places Jason lived, Iceland was one of the most special and inspiring, with amazing natural beauty, and a people who believe that you make your own success.
Jason with over 19 years of performance coaching in Denver, CO, specializes in strength training and conditioning, corrective exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. His individualized and integrative programs have helped people of all ages and abilities improve performance, prevent injuries, and feel better.
Jason is committed to helping his clients as one of the top strength, conditioning and rehabilitation experts in the Denver area. His goal is to work with you to bring about life-changing results, whether it’s a 100 or a 10-pound weight loss, conditioning to hit a better golf drive or run a marathon, or just improve your movement and flexibility.

About:
Matthew grew up near Tampa, FL, and has been very interested in human movement and sports performance since high school. He has been coming to Colorado to ski since the year he was born, and he and his wife decided to move here permanently in 2017. Matthew’s training is highly based on the latest research in exercise science, nutrition science, and psychology, and he has been helping people live better lives through exercise for over 20 years. He particularly excels in working with older adults, people who are managing past injury (especially back issues), and athletes of all ages.

Camille Boyd Morrison

Camille Boyd is a Denver native and a former professional dancer. She received her B.F.A in dance from Fordham University and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center in New York City. With a lifelong love of movement, she fell in love with fitness and Pilates. She began her personal training career in 2004 working at Reebok Sports Club/NY. Camille specializes in training women of all ages, especially the pre and postnatal population.
Camille considers herself a movement educator, teaching people how to move better through proper form and alignment, creating a stronger and pain free body. Training clients to achieve their fitness and healthy lifestyle goals is her passion.

Sean Morrison

Sean Morrison is a New Jersey native that fell in love with the Colorado lifestyle since moving to Denver in 2011. Sean earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance/Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from Metropolitan State University of Denver. His certifications include Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with The National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Titleist Performance Institute (Tpi) level one. Sean has worked in the fitness industry since 2005, where he began his career in New York City at The Reebok Sports Club/NY. He played baseball at the collegiate level and has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast. Sean’s approach to training is to help his clients reach their fitness goals and prepare for life outside the gym, all while enjoying the process. In his spare time Sean can be found chasing his two young children around, while they work to keep him healthy and fit.

Hello my name is Yata Williams and I have been a personal and small group fitness coach since 2002.
With client needs ranging from youth sport specific training, pre - post natal fitness, balance and stability, and post physical therapy. I believe and preach that there is fitness/activities for everybody. I also believe that fitness should be fun and is an integral part of life.
I had the honor to serve on the Board of Directors for The Colorado Neurological Institute from 2015 - 2018.
I am currently serving on the Board of Directors for Doctors Care 2019 - present as well as a Board of Directors for The Knobel Institute for Healthy Aging.
On all past and current Boards I have taken on a "boots on the ground " approach. By connecting with patients, talking to and encouraging support groups, and organizing and participating in patient fitness/ wellness events .

Jamie is co-owner of Denver Golf Performance where he specializes in functional movement training and instruction. Jamie is Colorado’s highest ranked Titleist Performance Institute coach with over 19 years of instruction and personal training. Jamie has worked directly with some of the biggest names in golf performance including Jason Glass, Premier Fitness Systems, the Gray Institute, and Trackman. His philosophy for golf evolves from the body. From physical ability comes mechanical efficiency. Jamie’s programs always incorporate a fitness component that relate to the swing adjustments. Jamie has worked with professionals from the PGA/LPGA, NHL, WLD, aspiring amateurs, and the casual player. Jamie’s professional credentials in golf extend beyond instruction, with many certifications from prestigious organizations.

Dr. John Paul Krueger
Medical Director
Dr. Krueger grew up in Missouri and attended undergraduate studies at Missouri State University before studying medicine at the University of Missouri in Columbia. After completion of a residency in family medicine with the University of Colorado, he worked for many years with community health centers of the Boston area. As he became disenchanted with the practice of medicine, he was accepted into a fellowship in integrative medicine for underserved where he was trained in medical acupuncture and group visits. Staying on as faculty, he continued to practice medical acupuncture, while pursuing and incorporating osteopathic medicine and functional medicine as an adjunct to better approach the concept of health for his patients. After returning to Colorado, he recently became the first MD to complete an additional training dedicated to osteopathy. Currently, he will be offering functional medicine consults, five element acupuncture consults, and osteopathic consults.

Rachel Lambert
Physical Therapist and Stretch Therapist
Rachel Lambert has been a licensed physical therapist since 2001 specializing in rehabilitation and preventative health. She uses her skills to assist people in healing injuries, reducing chronic pain and improving and maintaining mobility. Rachel is a world traveler and has worked with the US Army in Germany and an NGO in northern Uganda but loves calling her native Colorado home. Her hobbies are skiing, camping and cross-fit. Rachel is passionate about movement, understanding the human body and helping people stay strong and flexible.
