Jamie grew up in Canton Massachusetts and was a two sport athlete in college, playing hockey and baseball which led to his passion and career as a personal trainer.
Jamie has over 20 years of coaching experience specializing in corrective exercise, dynamic body weight movement, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching. His programs are based around functional movement to ensure effective injury prevention, everyday strength progression, and optimal performance for your desired goals.
Jamie’s approach is to keep training fun, educational, and simple so that you can develop the daily habits necessary to achieve any goal you desire. Whether it’s to lose weight, climb a 14’er, walk 18 holes or simply live a healthier life, he will get you there.
