Why Choose Small Group Training?
Small group training is designed for small groups of 3-5 people, these sessions are a 45 minutes and include the most efficient fat burning and strength training exercises. Sessions are structured so everyone can enjoy an intense workout at their own intensity level (we try to pair you with like fitness levels). Small group training sessions also give you flexibility in workout times with the ability to split the cost with someone else.
